Job DescriptionLarson is currently hiring a part-time Recreation Center Attendant.
This individual plays an important role in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment that provides a positive experience for employees and their families to enjoy the use of our onsite recreation facility.
This position is designed for someone with a hospitable mindset who is passionate about fostering a culture of healthy living by supporting employee's reach his or her health and fitness goals.
An outstanding recreation center attendant should have a lot of patience, a positive attitude, and be comfortable working with people of all ages.
This position works great for students as it offers a steady schedule that can be designed around your life.
Welcome visitors, oversee sign-in process and answer incoming telephone calls.
Monitor all activities in the swimming pool and whirlpool.
Notify patrons of activity schedules and registration requirements.
Ensure participants follow rules and safety procedures.
Receive, store, and issue sports equipment and supplies.
Arrange chairs, tables, and sporting or exercise equipment in designated rooms or other areas for scheduled group activities.
Keep attendance records and monitor activities of children during recreational activities.
Perform outlined cleaning duties for the facility, including basic pool procedures.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
