Manage Service Partner, Service Sub-Contractor and Equipment Supplier information in Daktronics CRM systems.
Manage Service Partner, Service Sub-Contractor and Equipment Supplier information on multiple Share Point sites.
Support Field Service with the management of Service Partner, Service Sub-Contractor and Equipment Supplier relationships.
Assist with coordinating training as well as training logistics, training materials and training records for Field Service.
Administrative support functions including copying, word processing, document scanning, verification and alpha and numeric filing.
Professionally answer incoming phone calls. Ability to pre-qualify and route the calls to the appropriate person, as well as assist customers as needed.
Coordinate and conduct searches for businesses that compliment Daktronics service delivery capacity and capabilities.
Work with Service Partners, Service Sub-Contractors and Equipment Suppliers to maintain current COI (Certificate of Insurance).
Assist with maintaining healthy financial statements with Service Partners, Service Sub-Contractors and Equipment Suppliers, both AR (Accounts Receivable) and AP (Accounts Payable).
Be a flexible resource for Dispatch.
10.1. Types of Dispatch requests will include Break/Fix, Installation, Preventive Maintenance, Event Support and Re-work.
10.2. Invoice Processing, Work Ticket Closeout, Phones, Dispatch E-mail
Assist in the development of processes that will improve Daktronics service delivery.
Work effectively as a team member and communicate effectively across the organization. Consistently complete assignments in a timely manner.
Continually develop and improve upon professional skills such as negotiating, phone etiquette, interviewing, and mediating.
Travel for regional training seminars and external company visits via ground and air may be required.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Minimum of an Bachelor''s degree in Business or Technical Field.
2. Reasonable knowledge of Daktronics product line or demonstrated ability to learn technical products quickly.
3. Above average computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and ability to conduct effective internet research.
4. Strong communication skills including written and verbal, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal. Fluent in English both written and verbal.
5. Capable of learning Go Service Pro and other software as needed. Keyboarding skills above 40 WPM.
6. Good analytical and organization skills required.
7. Self-motivated and ability to show initiative. Goal oriented, with proven leadership capacity.
8. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute according to plan as well as properly meet deadlines with little supervision.
9. Available to work evenings and/or weekends.
10. Willing and able to travel, including vehicle and air travel. Valid driver''s license and good driving record.
11. Background check may be conducted.
